WHY IT'S WORTH IT
Ten reasons this becomes your favourite place to be.
You're not really buying tubes and vinyl. You're buying Saturday mornings, birthday parties on the water, and the twelve-year-old version of your kid learning to drive. Every decision below was made so those days go the way you pictured them.
360° quad-lounge seating
Everyone faces in. Nobody sits out.
On most pontoons, half your passengers end up staring at the back of someone's head. The Halo 360 puts a lounge on all four sides of the deck, so the boat becomes one conversation instead of three. Your friends can see each other. Your kids are in your sightline. And you're still in it, not stuck behind the wheel while the fun happens six feet away.
It also means you never have to referee seating. There's no bad spot. No jump seat, no perch that gets the exhaust. Pick a seat, any seat, and it's a good one.
WHAT YOU GET
Four full-length lounges (bow, port, starboard and stern) on every length.
WHY YOU'LL CARE
Nine to twelve people aboard and it still feels like a living room, not a bus.
Friends seated around the 360 lounge of a Halo pontoon
Movable lounge backrest on the Halo 360
Movable lounge backrest
Rearrange the seating in about four seconds.
Slide the backrest one way and you have a face-forward lounge for the cruise out, with wind off your face and everybody tucked in. Slide it the other way and the same bench becomes a sun-facing chaise for the anchor-up afternoon. It takes about four seconds and no tools.
That's the difference between a boat you use one way and a boat that changes with your day. Morning coffee run, mid-day swim stop, sunset cruise. You reconfigure instead of compromising.
WHAT YOU GET
A repositionable backrest on the main lounge, standard. Not a dealer add-on.
WHY YOU'LL CARE
Sunbathing and cruising stop competing for the same square footage.
Suspension seating
Chop happens. Your back doesn't have to hear about it.
Under the vinyl is a multi-directional stretch substructure. It flexes with you the way a good mattress does, instead of transmitting every wake straight into your spine. Three hours in and you'll still want a fourth.
The cover is 50 oz marine vinyl, chosen because it's the part your family touches with wet swimsuits, sunscreen and sandy feet all summer. Underneath, the bases are roto-cast with built-in drainage channels, so water runs out instead of sitting in a plywood box, so the seats never rot. That's why we can warranty them.
WHAT YOU GET
Suspension substructure, 50 oz vinyl, no-rot roto-cast bases with drainage.
WHY YOU'LL CARE
Longer days on the water, and furniture that still looks good when you resell.

JBL Flip 6 portable speakers aboard the Halo 360
Two JBL Flip 6 speakers
Your soundtrack gets off the boat with you.
Rather than speakers fixed in one spot, you get two portable JBL Flip 6s. Aboard, pair them for stereo across the deck. Beached on a sandbar, walking up to the campfire, setting up on the dock. The music comes with you. Waterproof, so nobody panics when they go in.
There's a USB port in the bow and a 12V plug at the helm, so phones and speakers stay charged without anybody digging for a power bank. It's a small thing that quietly removes an argument from every trip.
WHAT YOU GET
Two JBL Flip 6 speakers included, bow USB charging and a 12V helm plug.
WHY YOU'LL CARE
Nothing to blow out, nothing to rewire, and the party follows you ashore.
PolyForm fencing and furniture
Still looks new in year ten.
The fencing and furniture bases are rotomolded PolyForm polyethylene, a material we picked for exactly the way a Halo gets used. Kiss a dock post and it doesn't dent. Bake in July sun for a decade and it doesn't chalk or fade. The colour is moulded right through the panel rather than applied to the surface, so it stays true for years.
Which changes how you actually live with the boat. You stop wincing at every landing, you let the neighbour's kids on, and cleanup at the end of the weekend is a hose and ten minutes instead of polish and a Saturday. It's recyclable at the end of its life, too.
WHAT YOU GET
Rotomolded PolyForm panels and seat bases that resist dents, cracks and UV.
WHY YOU'LL CARE
Less maintenance every weekend, and a stronger boat when you trade it in.

Halo 360 tube, nose cone and lifting fin detail
Triple-sealed tubes
Engineered for every kind of day out there.
Every tube is divided into three separate airtight compartments. If air can't get out, water can't get in, so a puncture in one chamber doesn't become a problem for the other two. You'll probably never need that. Knowing it's there is the point.
The ride is engineered too: wide nose cones push spray out and away so your bow passengers stay dry, and lifting fins let the boat settle onto plane and hold a line through a crossing wake. Inside the tubes, EZ-Drain channels move condensation to a threaded stern plug. Pull it in the fall and your tubes actually dry out.
WHAT YOU GET
Three-chamber tubes, wave-slicing cones, lifting fins, EZ-Drain and Sure-Lock plug.
WHY YOU'LL CARE
Drier bow seats, steadier turns, and a hull you can trust on a big-water day.
Helm and Mercury power
Confident at the helm on your first afternoon.
Turn the key, ease the throttle, go. Your Mercury FourStroke starts electrically every time, no priming and no pull cord, and power trim means you tilt the motor up with a thumb switch when you're nosing into a shallow beach or loading the trailer. Tilt steering lets you set the wheel where your arms want it, standing or sitting.
Mercury SmartCraft gauges tell you fuel, speed and engine hours in plain numbers, so you always know whether you have gas for one more loop around the lake. And a four-stroke is quiet enough that you can hold a conversation at cruise, which matters more than any spec on this page.
WHAT YOU GET
White Stone helmstand, Aura dash, tilt steering, windshield, SmartCraft gauges.
WHY YOU'LL CARE
First-time confidence on day one, and 90 to 250 HP depending on your length.

Two pieces of canvas, two different jobs
One buys you more hours. One buys you more summers.
People lump the bimini and the mooring cover together because they're both canvas. They do opposite things. One works while you're on board. The other works between trips, so getting back out is quick. Both come standard.
PHOTO PLACEHOLDER
Bimini up mid-afternoon: adults in the shade with drinks, sun blazing on the water behind them.
WHILE YOU'RE ON IT · BIMINI
The reason nobody says "should we head in?" at two o'clock.
At 8.5 by 10 feet, the square frame throws shade over the seats people are actually sitting in, not just the driver. Phones stay readable, the cooler stays cold, and nobody's shoulders get to decide when the day ends. It goes up in about a minute and folds flat when you want the sun back.
8.5 × 10 ft Square frame Up in ~60 seconds

Mooring cover snapped on at the dock or on the trailer, beaded with rain.
BETWEEN TRIPS · MOORING COVER
Unsnap it and you're already leaving the dock.
The best boats are the easy ones to take out. Pull the cover off and the seats are dry, the cup holders are clean and the deck is ready, so a spontaneous hour after work is actually an hour on the water instead of twenty minutes with a towel. It rides snug at highway speed too, so the boat that leaves your driveway is the one that hits the ramp.
Ready in seconds Trailerable Included, not extra
WHAT YOU GET
8.5×10 square-frame bimini in black canvas, plus a matching full mooring cover.
WHY YOU'LL CARE
Longer days on the water, and an interior that doesn't age three summers in one.
PHOTO PLACEHOLDER
Under-seat storage open with a cooler and wakeboard inside, and the aluminum boarding ladder down at the stern.
Storage, flooring and swim access
Room for the cooler, the tube and the dog.
Every lounge lifts to reveal dry storage underneath: life jackets, towels, the ski rope, the bag of chips nobody wants to sit on. Gear lives on the boat instead of migrating between your trunk and the dock every weekend, which is usually the difference between going out and not bothering.
Riptide Shadow flooring holds grip when it's soaking wet, so kids running for the ladder aren't a heart attack. An aluminum boarding ladder makes getting back in easy for anyone, including the adults who won't admit it, and nav and courtesy lighting means a sunset cruise doesn't have a hard curfew.
WHAT YOU GET
Under-seat storage, Riptide Shadow flooring, aluminum ladder, nav and dock lights.
WHY YOU'LL CARE
Less packing, safer footing, and evenings on the water instead of at the ramp.
Four colourways, one price
Your colour isn't an upcharge.
Most builders make you pay for personality. You get four full colourways (Phoenix, Atomic, Glacier and Heritage) at exactly the same price. Pick the one that sounds like you, not the one that fits the budget after options.
And because the colour is moulded into the PolyForm rather than sprayed on top, your boat is still recognizably yours from across the bay in year eight. Tap a swatch to recolour this whole page and see it before you commit.
Phoenix
Fiery orange. Arrives before you do.
Atomic
Electric yellow. Sunshine, weaponized.
Glacier
Cool teal, cooler head.
Heritage
Classic navy and tan. Timeless.
Built to earn a lifetime structural warranty.
We can back the structure for life because of what's underneath the fun. Here's the boring-but-brilliant stuff your dock neighbours will ask about.

PolyForm sidewall detail
Sidewalls
PolyForm fencing & furniture
Rotomolded polyethylene shrugs off docks and UV, so no dents, no cracks, no fading. Cleans with a hose. Recyclable, too.
Deck
Thick lifetime decking
¾″ marine-grade plywood, 7 layers each individually treated, with LockOut-sealed seams over crossmembers. Warranted against rot for life.
Frame
Robust construction
Double-bolted transom, solid full risers, .190 U-bar crossbeams (.125 hat channel on Sport) and .250 U-bars at bow and stern.
Tubes
Triple-protected design
Each tube is divided into three sealed, airtight compartments. If air can't get out, water can't get in, even punctured.
Drainage
EZ-Drain tubes
Channels carry condensation to the stern and out the Sure-Lock threaded drain plug. Dry tubes, season after season.
Fasteners
Stainless steel, not rivets
Decking is bolted to the substructure with stainless fasteners, a far stronger hold than pop rivets, for years of problem-free boating.
Ride
Wave-slicing nose cones
Wide cones deflect spray to keep you dry; lifting fins smooth the ride. Sport models add thick side-protector keels for the dock.
Seats
Suspension seats, no-rot bases
Multi-directional stretch substructure under 50 oz marine vinyl, on roto-cast bases with drainage channels. They never rot, no matter how wet.
This is why the structural WOWranty is lifetime. Not 5 years, not 10.
